Delivery

Delivery of all Fancy Dress items usually takes 1-3 days, by standard mail within the UK mainland. If you are purchasing an outfit or an accessory that is urgently required for a party or an event we strongly recommend you opt for special delivery to guarantee next day arrival.

Items ordered before 1.00pm will be posted the same day, Monday to Friday. Any items purchased after 1:30pm expedited will not be shipped out until the next working day.

Purchasing an item on a Friday and paying special delivery does not always guarantee it will arrive on the Saturday morning and it could be delivered on the Monday. There is a special delivery service that will allow this but it is a greater cost to the buyer.

International parcels can take anything from 7 to 21 days depending on the location.

Due to the size of the parcels that Fancy Dress comes in they quite oftenly will not fit through a standard letterbox. If your parcel is taking longer to arrive than expected it may be that it is awaiting collection at your local depot as not all postmen push a delivery card through the buyers letter box informing them of this. Please always check at your local delivery office before contacting us to save time in obtaining your purchase.

Items are sent by 1st class Royal Mail. We offer FREE shipping on orders over £50.00 in value and they are sent recorded delivery and must be signed for.

If a fancy dress costume is required urgently for a party or function we strongly recommend special delivery.

Next working day special delivery costs £8.50 and is available at checkout. For this service you must order before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday. Items ordered on Fridays for this service will be delivered before 1.00pm on Monday (next working day).
