Party On Fancy Dress Returns Policy

Here at Party On Fancy Dress we strive to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all products dispatched are thoroughly checked over to be sure they are in perfect condition and free from any defects.
In the unfortunate event that any product does not meet to the customers satisfaction we will exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase and upon receipt of cleared funds. All items are clearly digitally photographed and come with measurements in the listings.

Any items returned that do not come back in the original condition that they were mailed out in i.e. packaging content, condition and all items included in the parcel they will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. Items that are returned due to size issues or no longer required must be in a re saleable condition. All items mailed back should be accompanied with an order number and covering note so that we may identify who is making the return.If an item is being returned for any other reason than it is damaged we will only refund the purchase cost and not the cost to us for the postage and the packaging.

In the event you need to return an item we can be contacted on 0844 310 0111 or emailed via the contact form quoting us the appropriate order number to the item in question.
All items returned should be in their original packaging and safely and correctly parcelled along with the item order number. We would strongly advise any products being returned a proof of postage to be obtained from the Post Office and for goods exceeding £30 in value we would recommend special delivery.

If items are required for a party, function or an occasion then we strongly recommend special delivery and cannot be held accountable for non delivery by the Royal Mail thus the parcel not arriving in good time and no longer being required.

We are fancy dress retailers and not fancy dress hire. Any costumes returned that are found to have been worn for an occasion and then no longer required will be returned to buyer at the buyers expense. All returns will be thoroughly inspected and a refund totally at our discretion.

Any items not returned within 10 days of purchase will be deemed as being sold and cannot be returned or refunded.

Any loss or damge on return to us via the mail we are not liable for and the sender would have to claim from the courier or Royal Mail.

Please note when returning any items exceeding £50 that have been shipped free of charge, the cost of the postage will be deducted from the sale price.

Any items returned that are non faulty will be subject to a £2.50 admin and restocking fee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
